Hi, I’m Lauren
I help people heal and move forward from difficult experiences and relationships in their lives.
I am the owner of Empower Within, LLC. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Art Narrative Therapy, Neurosequental Model of Therapeutics, and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy. Through all of these trainings and my years of practice in attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy, I can work with you to specialize our therapy to your needs. Outside of all these fancy treatments, I greatly value our therapeutic relationship and believe that a great relationship can create great change. I prioritize building trust, comfort, and connection so that you can bring your most authentic self into the therapy room.
