Trauma and difficult experiences
Seeking support after experiencing a traumatic event is an incredibly brave thing, and I am here to honor that bravery. I truly believe that healing trauma requires time, patience, and compassion, and is not something that can be done in a set amount of sessions or through a tightly structured model. When working with individuals who have experienced hardships, it’s so important to meet them where they’re at and heal at an appropriate pace. While utilizing talk therapy to process and heal from traumatic experiences is part of my process, I also offer specialized techniques to heal in a more structured way.
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
